We are nestled on the side of the woods with the most breathtaking sea views from the rear of the property, stretching out over rolling countryside. A quiet secluded stay and stunning walks straight from the house with flora and fauna in abundance.
Two Hoots Retreat is a substantial room, light and airy yet cosy and atmospheric. Guests have en-suite with a vast wet room style shower. A considerable area to spread out with a comfy king size bed. Table and chairs for breakfast option in the room and for entertainment there is a sofa for guests to sit back and watch the smart TV in comfort. Free Wifi, and facilities to make a cafetiere coffee or a selection of teas to choose from.
Two Hoots has a quirky character with a colourful arty feel. Original artwork works adorn the room and the rest of the house, painted by Tracey Rapson a longstanding artist.
Two Hoots looks out over the front of the property to the edge of the woods on Woodbury Common, a haven of charm and character. There are wonderful walks right from the house with an amazing range of flora and fauna to wonder at along the way.
There is free off road parking for several vehicles, Two Hoots is accessed by guests own private side door leading to stairs up to the annex room.
A path takes you through wooded gardens down to the back garden where there are incredible sea views.
You will have the option to have breakfast served in your room or served in the dining room (which is situated to the rear of the property on the ground floor and shared with other guests as is the garden) A diverse menu for breakfast includes warm croissants , eggs , pancakes, fresh bread/toast , Locally sourced jams, marmalade and honey, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. A selection of teas and fresh coffee.
We aim to please everyone, and therefore a breakfast menu is supplied for you to fill in the evening before.

The House :-
The secluded Chalet style house is split level and sits on the edge of the woods looking out over an undulating landscape. Rolling hills with grazing cows and sheep and the added bonus of the magnificent seascape as a backdrop stretching out to the cliffs on the far side of the bay, Dawlish Warren and round to Dawlish and Torquay.
