Seven Acre Corner B&B is a secluded chalet style house, it was Architecturally designed in the 80’s and is split level. The property sits on the edge of the woods looking out over an undulating landscape. Rolling hills with grazing cows and sheep and the added bonus of the magnificent seascape as a backdrop stretching out to the cliffs on the far side of the bay, Dawlish Warren and round to Dawlish and Torquay.
Two Hoots looks out over the front of the property to the edge of the woods on Woodbury Common, a haven of charm and character. There are wonderful walks right from the house with an amazing range of flora and fauna to wonder at along the way.
There is free off road parking for several vehicles, Two Hoots is accessed by guests own private side door leading to stairs up to the annex room.
A path takes you through wooded gardens down to the back garden.
The whole area surrounding Seven Acre Corner is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with plentiful walks to enjoy.
Breakfast will be served each morning in our delightful room at the rear of the property on the ground floor and shared with other guests enjoying a wonderful seascape. We aim to please everyone, and therefore a menu is supplied for guests to select their choices the evening before and the time that you would like it served.

Paul and Tracey hope you have a wonderfully relaxing stay at this peaceful, secluded spot and will try to help and advise with anything to ensure a great time.
